Copper Plating
We also provide Copper Electroplating Services. Our Copper electroplating service is available for 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm wafers with thickness ranging between 0.3 microns and 20 microns. We have 1.5um Cu plated wafers in our inventory.
