Oxide Strip and Clean

                 

Wafer Clean Station and Marangoni Dryer


Our wafer clean station and Marangoni dryer enable us to provide our customers with an oxide strip and/or wafer cleaning. For wafer cleaning, SC-1 with Megasonic is used to remove particles and contamination. We ensure cleanliness of wafers after cleaning by checking particles using near UV lamps and a wafer particle inspection system.
