Tatsuo Nakato – President With 20 years of experience in semiconductor technologies research and development, including metal deposition, oxidation and lithography. Tatsuo has worked for NJRC in Japan, Texas Instruments, Motorola and Sharp at high level management positions. Sixteen years ago he started a company for SIMOX wafer fabrication and re-directed the company to fabrication of test wafers for development of equipment, processes and materials.
Eric Feigner – Vice President, Marketing and Operation Eric has been with IMAT for over 11 years with hands on experience overseeing shipping, sales, as well as operations. He believes in placing great emphasis on listening to customers needs and ensuring that their goals are constantly met. Customer service, time management, and meeting deadlines are his continuing areas of focus, ensuring that IMAT is always able to offer you a high quality product with honest and reliable services.
Yoshi Ono, Ph.D. – Director, Technology Development Our newest addition to the staff comes with over 25 years of experience in semiconductor process R&D at Tektronix’s Integrated Circuit Operations, United Memories Inc., and most recently, Sharp Labs of America. With a Physical Chemistry background, his experience includes projects directed towards the realization of semiconductor and optoelectronic device fabrication processes, materials, and integration schemes. He has 34 publications and holds 72 issued patents.
Matt McCoy – Shipping Logistics, Customer Service Matt joined IMAT in 2004 as a Process Technician before advancing to customer service. His sputtering, thermal oxidation, and photo lithography cleanroom experience are invaluable when it comes to answering questions, planning lead times, and shipping logistics.
